At Plymouth Terrace, our independent living community has a lot to offer you and your family! It’s a small community with neighborhood family-style living. We offer bi-weekly shopping trips to all our residents via our state-of-the-art bus. We also enjoy lunch and dinner outings to Plymouth eateries with great neighbors enjoying local townie foods.
When it’s needed, we also offer the ability to relocate easily into assisted living and memory care. Plymouth Terrace Independent Living and Assisted Living is offered all on one campus!
- 70-unit capacity. 3 floors plus the Lower Level
- 12 two bedroom apartments known as The Mayflower and the rest are one bedroom apartments known as The Daisy.

Rent options for our one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments:
- One-Bedroom Rate: $1200.00 per month
- Two-Bedroom Rate: $1350.00 per month
Additionally, tenants will have the flexibility to choose between two utility payment methods:
- Option 1: Tenants can put utilities (such as water, electricity, and gas) in their names. This allows for personalized management and direct billing.
- Option 2: Alternatively, tenants can opt for a convenient flat rate of $100 for utilities. This simplifies the process and ensures consistent billing.
It's important to note that there is an additional rent charge of $250 for second occupants in both one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments.
